Nothing could be faster, easier or more delicious than
this simple stir fry recipe. If crab is out of season,
try using shrimp, scallops or any fish that suits your
fancy instead. Many of the following ingredients can
be found in the Asian section of your local grocery
store or specialty markets.
Ingredients

Whole Dungeness crab, cooked, cleaned and claws
cracked

cup Peanut Oil
1
16 oz. package of fresh sugar snap peas
1
can whole baby corn, drained
1
small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1
can of bamboo shoots, drained
1
cup prepared oyster sauce
Method

Heat peanut oil over high heat in a non stick sauté
pan or wok.

Add all ingredients and toss in the pan to
incorporate the flavors until heated through.
Serving Suggestions
Serve this dish in the Asian Style over mounds of
steamed white rice.
