3 c. broiled Mahi
Mahi
1/4 c. almonds or macadamia nuts, chopped
1/4 c. pineapple, crushed
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 egg, beaten
Method
1. Shred Mahi Mahi with fingers.
2. Combine fish, nuts, pineapple, mayonnaise, curry
and egg. Mix well.
3. Form into patties. Fry or broil.
